Fairly clean hotel with helpful staff. This venue was set in a central area close enough to a subway station, near local delis and a supermarket to grab everyday essentials for children and shops and restaurants and bars and Times Square and Midtown. The service was good, we felt welcome.

Had fabulous stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were modern, location was cosy and close to subway. Attractive and practical units with a great bathroom. Everything was 10/10 during our stay though disappointing aspect was very dirty bathroom. Very quick check in and nice service.

Location was HANDY, 12 miles to LaGuardia airport, perfectly reachable. Elegant bathroom and so clean room. The bkfast staff that looked after us, was very supportive.

The hotel was near a supermarket and stores. Cool room, clean enough and spacious. Exceptional service from bar staff. Besides, there was a private parking nearby.
